02 How we work together

Ways to collaborate.

Theses

One student, one clear question, three to six months, with a supervisor from your university and one from us.

Internships

Placements that are part of your degree, working with the team on a live project.

03 Examples

The kind of work we do.

  • “A cut-out animation pipeline for a children's character”
  • “Testing story characters with three to five year olds”
  • “A sound world for bedtime stories”
  • “Designing a connected object for families without screens”

04 What you get

A good collaboration works both ways.

  • A real brief and a real product
  • Credit, and the right to show your work in your portfolio
  • Mentoring from people building the products
  • A reference letter, and first consideration for future roles

05 Questions

Good to know.

Who owns what students create?

Students work with our existing characters and worlds. The rights to use the project work are agreed in writing at the start; students keep credit and portfolio rights, and universities keep what they need to grade and archive.

Which universities do you work with?

We start in Berlin and are open to universities wherever our products are made and used.

We are a professor or programme lead. How do we start?

Write to us with your course or programme and timing. We will send a one-page brief you can adapt.

Let’s talk.

Tell us who you are and what you have in mind. We read every message and reply personally.
